Creation: The true story of Charles Darwin
OUR last post on this was “Creation” the Movie: US Premier on 22 January. Now the film’s opening date is approaching.
As we did last year with Expelled, Ben Stein’s deplorable anti-evolution “documentary,” we’ll give you a link to a website that will provide information about the box office receipts for Creation, the movie about Charles Darwin.
When there’s something to report, the information should be available here: Box Office Data for Creation. The American opening date is this Friday. Weekends begin on Friday in the movie industry, and films often debut on weekends, which are the biggest days of the week for ticket sales.
The film will be showing in only a few cities, so it won’t be a multi-million dollar blockbuster. The significant information will be gross receipts per-theater.
When the opening weekend’s box office receipts are available, we’ll post about it. If we get distracted by other news, the link we provided should keep you updated.
